About Me
I am an award winning broadcast designer and worked for many years at the BBC in London and Bristol. After the closure of the Bristol design department in 2004, I helped set up and was Creative Director of DarkhorseFX Ltd in Bristol until October 2007. I have worked on a wide variety of projects, from designing title sequences and content graphics, to advising and art directing across many programme genre including drama. My skills include graphic design, story boarding, directing, project managing and supervising digital effects. I am now retired from the broadcast industry but I continue to pursue my rediscovered interests in painting, printmaking, drawing and sewing. I live in Bristol with my husband Billy and our cheeky young cat Misty. I am a regular yoga and Pilates practitioner.
